We are known for our ability to get engage, and develop confidence by removing limiting beliefs, and taking a strength-based approach.
All of our staff undertake trauma informed training, and have in-house mental health check-ins, to make sure they are in the best possible headspace to help our participants.

In conjunction with Complete Health Geelong, Ex Outllaw Motorcycle Club Member turned counsellor and personal trainer, Troy Koerntjes uses these experiences in a unique way of "exercise psychotherapy" to create programs that bring long lasting behaviour change in a holistic mind and body approach, these programs include;

We believe that mental health and physical health go hand in hand.
This is why we started our free community gym, as we feel everyone has the right to get support, and this is something that we can offer back to the community.
These programs are so much more than just a workout, and a lot of thought has gone into them.
The underlying principle is psychotherapy. We aim at education in a non clinical environment, because once we know why we do the things that we do, then we can break those maladaptive patterns of behaviour, and create long lasting behaviour change.
We do this through connection, psycho-education, with mindfulness and gratitude practices in every session, to help with emotional regulation.
All of our gym sessions have a qualified Counsellor and a Qualified Personal Trainer in session.
We can supply support workers to people that would like to attened these groups, if needed.
We do not yet have funding, so donations and sponsorships are welcomed.
On Mondays the ladies group have a high tea after class and on Friday the Mens group have a BBQ
