This course is for anyone trying to improve their lives and change their patterns of behaviour. People with addictions, personality disorders, relationship problems and people that suffer from depression and anxiety often find this course helpful as it helps individuals to insert boundaries, find their identity along with meaning and purpose.
We believe that the mind and body are connected which is why our course is done while exercising this has a two pronged effect
1. Top down therapy is talking but this can be hard for some people and can bring on all sorts of somatic experiences, releasing toxic chemicals in the body but talking is how we can process hard topics, so to help make life easier we
2. Also work from a bottom up approach which helps people connect with their bodies, burn off bad chemicals while releasing endorphins that make you feel good but also give you something else to focus on so it's easier to talk about.
Sharing is optional.
This program aims to give you the knowledge on all things Complex Trauma and Codependency in a non clinical environment. There will be 12 modules and other tasks that need to be completed at home and discussed during sessions which will be held 3 days a week.
This course will incorporate Weight Training, Circuit Training and Mixed Martial Arts training to improve mobility, Functionality and Confidence
Our program also takes a holistic approach to health and wellness. We include Yoga, guided meditation and gratefulness practices with a focus on mindfulness to help stress reduction, and relaxation built into this course, you won't even know you're doing it.
