During our sessions, we try to incorporate physical activities like Martial Arts, Gym, and simply being out and about. We'll work on your mental health even if we're assisting you go shopping or to the movies! We will continue to counsel while we are in training! This makes it more enjoyable, engaging, and less painful, all while burning off those pesky stress chemicals and boosting confidence.
We strive to keep our participants engaged with activities that encourage them to bond and form strong relationships with our team, pushing them outside of their comfort zone and into the real world. Participants co-create their support plan, which we then put into action using our specialised strength-based support that is tailored to their specific interests and goals.
